Shipping & Delivery

Chocolates with Love accepts online orders for shipping anywhere in the United States.
Shipping costs are based on shipping weight and destination using UPS rates. We provide UPS ground, 3rd day, 2nd day, and next day options. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday.

Special cooler packs are used when shipping to warm climates and during summer months. We recommend next day or 2nd day shipping in warm weather and we reserve the right NOT TO SHIP standard ground. Because chocolate is affected by heat and humidity, during extreme weather conditions we WILL NOT ship. You will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone.
On multiple item orders such as wedding favors and lollipops, we will contact the customer with the correct shipping and handling charges before the order is processed.

Returns & Replacements

Chocolate is a food item and cannot be returned. Custom items such as molds and wedding favors as well as imprinted items (ribbons, napkins, etc.) cannot be cancelled once we begin preparation. Any non-custom orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours.
